Shipping policy

All orders are processed and packaged with care by hand. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipping. This timeframe may extend slightly during holidays, collection launches, or periods of high volume  but rest assured, each order is fulfilled with intention and attention.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. House of Saint Joy is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you catch an error right after placing your order, email us ASAP. We’ll do our best to catch it before your order ships!
